3-way Conference

  1. Call the 1st number

  2. Once it is connected, press [Flash] button on your phone and listen for a dial tone

  3. When you hear dial tone, dial the 2nd number

  4. Once it is connected, dial *3

Do Not Disturb

*78 to activate Do-Not-Disturb mode

Phone will not ring, calls are routed to voicemail


*79 to deactivate Do-Not-Disturb mode

Calls on Hold

Put a call on hold *0

Take a call off hold *0

Attended Transfer

  1. Press [Flash] button on your phone and listen for a dial tone

  2. When you hear a dial tone, dial the extension number

  3. Wait for the extension to answer

  4. Press *2 then hang up to complete the transfer

Unattended Transfer

  1. Press *1

  2. Dial the extension number

  3. Hang up


For example, to blind transfer a call to an extension 1002, dial the following: *11002

Redial

Redial last incoming call *69

How to Park a Call

  1. Press *1 to initiate a transfer

  2. Press *41, followed by the parking spot number (any number that will be used to retrieve the call) and the # key

  3. Wait until you hear a message confirming the call has been transferred, and then hang up

For example, to park a call at parking spot number 9, dial the following: *1*419#

How to Retrieve a Parked Call

  1. Press *41, followed by the parking spot number

  2. Press #

  3. Wait 3-4 seconds and say Hello

For example, to retrieve a parked call from spot number 9, dial the following: *419#
